Attendance codes and makeup classes
The current attendance form provides three selectable status codes:

Use the student's actual attendance situation when choosing a code. The current form does not offer separate A, S, I, or L status codes. For a present student who arrived late, enter the actual arrival time; lateness is tracked separately from the H status.
When a makeup is needed
The makeup is recorded on the original CWN attendance entry. Enter the makeup date, start and end times, and teacher. Location and notes are optional. A scheduled makeup is not the same as a completed makeup: mark it Completed only after it has taken place.
The current workflow does not create a separate makeup-class attendance record. If the makeup details conflict with another schedule or the form rejects them, ask an administrator to review the schedule.
